The magnificant expression: “Since wars begin in the minds of men, it is in the minds of men that the defences of peace must be constructed” from UNESCO shows that peace can be learned and thus can become an object of study and teaching

To respond to this objective, Centre Mondial de la Paix is equipped with an educational service and a resource centre run by teachers transferred by l’Éducation nationale.

Any teacher who wants to come and visit the exhibitions of Centre Mondial de la Paix as well as the battle fields of Verdun with their class can contact these people who will help them to prepare their excursion: defining the objectives, program, information on practical methods of welecome.
